Yes, dogs are allowed inside of Irvine Regional Park and must be kept on a 6′ leash. Dogs are not allowed in special event areas at the train station. Dogs are not allowed in Locomotive Loop and Miner’s Meadow during seasonal events.
Attractions inside of Irvine Regional Park are independently owned and operated. Please check each attraction page for hours and prices.
All attractions accept credit cards excluding the pony rides which accept cash only. An ATM is located at the train station for your convenience.
Yes, there are BBQs and picnic tables located throughout the park. These areas do not require reservations and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, you may bring your own food to the park. Please note that if an outside vendor (for example, a caterer) will be catering your BBQ or event, you must obtain a permit from the OC Parks.
Although professional photography is allowed inside of Irvine Regional Park, it is NOT allowed in the special event areas at the train station. A permit is required to take professional photographs inside of Irvine Regional Park; please visit the OC Parks web site for permit information.
About a five minute walk from one location to the other. There are paved paths and signs that direct visitors to each location.

Yes. Parking is $3.00 per vehicle on weekdays, $5.00 on weekends, and $7.00 on holidays. This fee is charged by the County of Orange.
