Event Staff
Position Summary
Irvine Park Railroad is hiring for seasonal event staff for Santa’s Village. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the game booths, activity locations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a positive personality and a drive for quality interactions with all guests. This position is during our Santa’s Village from November 29th – December 30th (Closed December 24th & 25th) with paid training prior. (Wage range: $16 – $18)
- Starting Wage: $16 per Hour
- Eligible for “Bonus Pay”: $2 per Hour

Core Job Responsibilities
- Setting up activity locations.
- Opening and closing game booths.
- Keeping prizes stocked.
- Interacting with customers and answering questions.
- Ensuring that families have a great experience.
Requirements
- Must be available throughout the entire event.
- Event Dates: November 29th – December 30th (Closed December 24th & 25th)
- Must have a positive attitude and willing to work.
- Must be able to get to and from work.
